Made using a breathable perforated neoprene back for improved comfort, and two, wide, extra stable hinges. Features bilateral geared polycentric hinges for stability and free movement and an open 360° padded buttress isolating and supporting the patella. Bound edges and reinforced mesh improves comfort and prevents irritation. Cleverly designed engineering uses a top and bottom 360° stretch/non-stretch integrated adjustable straps to assure a personalised fit.
