Delivery Information

Order Processing

Orders placed through kellyspharmacy.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timescales

All delivery timescales quoted at checkout are approximate and subject to product availability. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates once an order has been dispatched, as delivery is managed by our courier partners.

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address — including Eircode or postcode — is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the contents of your order. Details of any applicable delivery fees will be displayed before you confirm payment.


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Non-defective items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on medical or personal care products that have been opened, or any item with a broken hygiene seal
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if items are not returned in a resaleable condition or have been damaged after delivery

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Return an Item

Returns can be made in one of two ways:

In-Store Returns You are welcome to return eligible items directly to our pharmacy in Carlow. Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Returns by Post To return an item by post, please contact us first to notify us of your return. Items should be sent to:

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit. Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible products. To arrange an exchange, please contact us with your order details and let us know what you would like instead. The same return conditions above apply.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable on partial order returns
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
