Casein from Sponser® is a protein fraction of milk that is slowly digested and metabolized. Casein is ideal for sustained protein supply during the night or during rest periods. The micellar casein covers upscale demands and is produced gently and naturally by means of cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). Casein belongs to the insoluble protein fraction of milk and does not pass into the whey, but is normally processed into cheese. Casein constitutes different types of protein.
